I’m on a mission to help moms feel strong, confident, and proud of their postpartum bodies.

After gaining 50 pounds during both of my pregnancies and struggling with diastasis recti—especially after my second—I know exactly what you’re going through. I’ve been there. I remember feeling sad, insecure, and disconnected from my body.

That’s why I created the 6-Week Core Rehab Program—first for myself, because I needed it. Over the years, it’s evolved using the latest science and real-world results. Now, I tailor it specifically to your body, your pace, and your goals, so you can feel like you again—faster and safer.
